At Zaymaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Unused products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided they are in original, intact condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

Please note:

  • Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

  • handbags are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Zaymaar follows a 'No Refund' policy on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, and will depend on the mode of payment.

1. Credit/Debit Card Payments

  • Refunds are processed only if the product is out of stock or due to a valid issue.

  • The refund will be issued to the same card used during purchase.

  • Only the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes will be refunded.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • bags are not returnable or refundable.

  • Please allow up to 7 days for processing and 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent — after which, the Exchange & Claim policy will apply.

Zaymaar reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Payment verification failure
